is a 20-something, somewhat-professional student and journalist living in California’s beautiful (and obscenely overpriced) San Francisco Bay Area. A writer since roughly the the same time that he could associate the shapes of the letters with sounds, he maintains this blog as a way to keep his typing fingers busy in between assignments.

Professionally, Jon is a researcher at the Silicon Valley Business Journal, working to produce weekly published lists of information pertinent to the local business community. He also writes and edits for Helium, a small fashion magazine start-up covering Silicon Valley’s oft-overlooked sartorial scene.
